INfant care

Welcome to the Bellevue Learning Center Infant Care Program.  We are excited to have you join us.  It is our priority to educate children from birth to five years of age by building solid foundations.  Infants grow and learn through exploration.  We use a nationally recognized curriculum to foster learning through exploration and experiences.  The first five years of life are a time where the brain is most active and receptive.   This is the time of exploration, experience, and physical activity that is crucial for developing life-long learning habits.  Your infant will receive quality care and foundational building blocks to flourish as he/she meets his/her milestones.

Child Care

Bellevue Learning Center provides a unique community of caring and learning with a rich and stimulating environment for Toddlers through Pre-Kindergarten. It is our mission to grow lifelong learners and confident caring individuals. Because we feel each child is unique and wonderful, we have been able to create a family-like atmosphere where each child can grow emotionally, academically, and physically. The Bellevue Learning Center’s teachers and staff members make an effort to know your child so that he/she can learn and grow in a nurturing and friendly environment. We have the privilege of seeing your children grow. The year is filled with exploration, education and holiday celebrations. We are happy that you are taking the time to learn about Bellevue Learning Center and hope that you visit us soon to see the children and teachers in action. Infant Care
Our infant room is designed to meet the needs of infants ages 6 weeks through 12 months. Our teachers are caring and nurturing and work together with our parents to ensure that each child’s individual needs are met. Our program provides a healthy early learning environment for movement, exploration, and communication.
Toddler Rooms
Our program has 3 toddler rooms; The Teddy Bears, the Koala Bears and the Caterpillars.
The Teddy Bears room is for children ages 12 months -23 months. Children at this age are becoming more mobile and are very curious. Our program is designed to help children discover and explore the environment around them.
The Koala Bear room is for children ages 24-30 months. Children at this age are becoming more social, our staff encourages a child’s communication skills.
The Caterpillar room is for children ages 30 -36 months. Children at this age are eager to learn new things. Our staff encourages children to try new and different things every day.
Our preschool room is the Butterflies. This room is for children ages 36 - 45 months. At this stage in a child’s development they are using all the skills they have already learned. Our staff encourages all children to overcome obstacles to achieve a goal. The classroom is set up with age appropriate learning centers which encourage a child’s social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive development.
Our program has 2 Pre-K rooms. The Lollipops and the Explorers.
The Lollipops are the younger four year olds. The staff builds on the skills that each child has already mastered along with the skills that need to be mastered. The classroom is set up with age appropriate learning centers. The staff will help each individual child develop literacy and math skills and foster their social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
The Explorers are children getting ready to enter kindergarten. The staff focuses on the skills that the children have already mastered and skills they will need as they enter kindergarten.
