Bellevue Learning Center provides a unique community of caring and learning with a rich and stimulating environment for Toddlers through Pre-Kindergarten. It is our mission to grow lifelong learners and confident caring individuals. Because we feel each child is unique and wonderful, we have been able to create a family-like atmosphere where each child can grow emotionally, academically, and physically. The Bellevue Learning Center’s teachers and staff members make an effort to know your child so that he/she can learn and grow in a nurturing and friendly environment. We have the privilege of seeing your children grow. The year is filled with exploration, education, and holiday celebrations. We are happy that you are taking the time to learn about Bellevue Learning Center and hope that you visit us soon to see the children and teachers in action. In a caring and stimulating atmosphere, our passionate and engaging teachers give your child endless opportunities to grow, learn, and imagine.

CHILD CARE

• Our philosophy is to provide a high-quality early childhood program with a safe and nurturing environment, which promotes physical, social, emotional, language and cognitive development that will ensure a positive continuation of a child’s education.
• Our center provides a developmentally based program in an environment designed for young children.

Philosophy

Preschool
Our preschool room is the Red Room. This room is for children ages 36 - 45 months. At this stage in a child’s development they are using all the skills they have already learned. Our staff encourages all children to overcome obstacles to achieve a goal. The classroom is set up with age-appropriate learning centers which encourage a child’s social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive development.

Pre-K
Our program has 2 Pre-K rooms. The Lavender Room and the Purple Room.

The Lavender Room is the younger four-year-olds. The staff builds on the skills that each child has already mastered along with the skills that need to be mastered. The classroom is set up with age-appropriate learning centers. The staff will help each individual child develop literacy and math skills and foster their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

The Purple Room is for children getting ready to enter kindergarten. The staff focuses on the skills that the children have already mastered and the skills they will need as they enter kindergarten.
