At Bellevue Community Center, our Creative Lobby is more than just an art program—it’s a space where creativity flourishes, imagination takes shape, and every child is encouraged to explore their artistic potential. Led by local artist Brian Mills, who is deeply connected to the Philly and Delaware art scene, this program gives kids the opportunity to learn from a working artist while engaging in hands-on projects across various mediums, from painting and drawing to mixed media and digital art. Whether they’re beginners or budding Picassos, our welcoming environment nurtures self-expression, confidence, and a lifelong love for the arts.
